Michael Moffitt is a business and information technology consultant with 20 years experience working with clients in a variety of industries and sectors. His expertise centers on custom and package software implementation and ongoing business and systems operations. He has led system integration, application development, application operations, and IT service outsourcing projects.
Additionally, he has successfully led several merger integration projects involving both business process integration and technology integration.
Mr. Moffitt is a founding partner of Apex 3 LLC, a management consulting firm providing merger and acquisition integration, complex project management, interim management, and troubled project turnaround services. Mr. Moffitt has previously worked with AlixPartners LLC as a Director in its Information Technology Transformation Services practice. He is also a former partner with IBM Business Consulting Services and PwC Consulting.
